SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY METHOD
All orders placed through this site, for a total value of less than 100.00 € will have a fixed shipping cost of € 10.00 charged to the final customer who will be charged automatically when ordering. For purchases of global value over 100.00 € no shipping cost will be charged to the final customer. The delivery of the Products purchased through the Seller's Website can take place as follows.
Customer home delivery
/ The products purchased will be delivered by the express courier identified by the Seller (GLS or BARTOLINI) to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the Order. When the order is sent, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code of the shipment, ie the tracking code with a link that refers to the courier's website and to the shipment status. This number, the tracking code, serves to monitor the progress of the shipment and the expected delivery date. Orders with items immediately available, with payment made by credit card or PayPal made before 12:00 are shipped by the same evening. For all orders placed after the aforementioned time, shipments will be made within the next business day. Upon receipt of the goods at your home, we ask the customer to verify the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier.
In case of anomalies, the customer must:
accept the shipment with reserve, that is by placing a reservation on the waybill before signing for acceptance, specifying the reasons and promptly communicating, where possible, the extent of the damage
refuse the shipment
